The 1-1/2-horsepower motor moves air at 1,100 cubic feet per minute. As a rule, JET systems run quieter than other dust collectors we've used, but we still recommend ear protection, considering you'll be running it in conjunction with a saw, planer, sander, or other power tool. Unlike other systems, this one offers 4- and 6-inch inch ports. Another nice touch: the collector comes ed on casters for easy maneuvering.
