Book 4 expands on the related five-finger patterns learned in Book 3 to introduce the scales of C Major, A Minor, G Major, and E Minor. Chord progressions in close position are also presented in each of these keys. Syncopated rhythms, syncopated pedaling and opposing articulations between the hands create performances with style, color, and texture. This book also includes access to audio files online. Very helpful for practice - I'd strongly recommend buying this over the version without the audio. It really does help if you know what the piece is supposed to sound like before you play it. The modules in this book cover the following: Unit 1: C Major & A Major, G Major & E minor patterns, 7ths Unit 2: C Major and A Major scales. 3/6 and 8/8 time signatures. Unit 3: C Major & A Major triads Unit 4: G Major & E minor scales, triplets Unit 5: G Major & E minor triads Although aimed at children, this book is suitable for all ages. The lessons progress at a pace that pushes the pupil a little more each time, but it never feels too overwhelming. Review: A Must - These books are brilliant, but I do not need to tell pianist that. I would recommend them to any age and I am over 60, well over!

Very good shopping experience
The book is in very good condition. There are some notes inside but they do not affect the use. It also comes with a CD. I am very satisfied.

This book is very much helpful for students who have cleared the level 3 and have basic understanding. I love it

Love this system by Hal Leonard, and so do my students
My piano students have responded so positively to this system by Hal Leonard. The CD is a great tool for tempo and the theory books are packed with lessons that teach theory in an engaging way.

Very good book and cd
My daughter had a problem keeping the rhythmn with her playing so the cd was very helpful to her when she practiced. Definitely worth buying.
