I give my grand daughter a bank for each birthday and Christmas since she was born.She is now 14. This is a well made and painted bank. Will look nice in her collection.

I bought this coin Bank as a gift for my boy. He enjoyed how the mechanics worked on it. He's in his early twenties and I hope it gives him some food for thought.(saving money)

It's a very sturdy piece. Unfortunately, it took some filing down before the mouth was large enough to hold coins. And it only manages to successfully store one type of coin, the dime. The others miss. Also, we haven't managed to open the bank to retrieve the coins. It is very tightly sealed. Otherwise, is a fantastic piece. Very sturdy and solid.

My young granddaughter loves to feed my old time mechanical kitty bank. She needs to focus on the coin in the dish, because it disappears quickly when the lever is pushed down. She feeds it frequently with great enthusiasm.

I gave this as an Xmas gift to someone who already had another similar mechanical bank. It was a big hit! Lovely, painted detail and faithfully replicated.

This is a gift for my grandson and I'm very disappointed in the quality of 2 now. First one with the arm broken off and now the second one...the eyes are turned upward into the top of the head and they don't move as they are supposed to.
