Great quality shakers
Anything by Latin Percussion is quality. They have a feature you can lock them together or separate them. If I need to keep a hand free, I will lock them together for a deeper sound. Some shakers have a tiny sound. Not these shakers.

Innovative idea and sounds pretty darn good too!
Great product. I love the innovative idea of being able to twist to unlock them and have two shakers to either hand off to another band member or to have one in each hand. They sound great (I have the medium version). The shaker feels a little cheap in your hand. But hey, it was a cheap purchase. I've dropped them already on hard surfaces and no cracks or anything, so I guess they are pretty durable. We'll see after several more gigs.

Great sounding and versatile shaker
I'm really happy with this shaker. It feels durable, and blends well with the band. The grooves do make it easy to hold, and it's really quick and easy to split it into 2 shakers, to use however you want. For recording, it's great to have 2 choices for tone.
