I’ve been using this Lantana 3-in-1 peeler regularly and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. It arrived quickly and well packaged, and straight away it feels sturdy and well made. The stainless steel blades are very sharp, making peeling potatoes, carrots, apples, and other vegetables quick and effortless. The micro-serrated edge is especially useful for softer produce like tomatoes or peaches, and the julienne slicer is a great bonus for salads and garnishes. Switching between functions is easy, and the rotating head glides smoothly over uneven surfaces. I also really like the ergonomic handle — it’s comfortable to hold and provides a good grip even with wet hands. It feels balanced and easy to control, which makes food prep much faster. Minor cons: The julienne strips are slightly finer than expected, which may not suit everyone (personal preference). The peeler is so sharp that it takes a bit of care when washing by hand — not a flaw, just something to be aware of. Best thing ever! Its easy to use, sharp, great grip easy to change the setting. The quality is great too. It has a safety for the blade which is great as the blades are very sharp and easy to get cut on. 100% recommend (amazing for salads)

After leaving the review below, which I am leaving a precis of here so people can see what the issue was - I was contacted by the seller/maker after this review and they were concerned about the issue and wanted to address it. They believed I had recieved a faulty unit, refunded me and offered to send out a replacement. I have received the replacement and can confirm that the slipping in use issue is not happening. The unit worked fine today peeling and julienning and the selected head stayed put and did the job. I am happy to say it works well and is worth the outlay. After getting miffed with my old peeler, which was getting blunt and was the not one of the 'Y' shaped ones, I turned to Amazon to see if I could replace it with a better one. It's actually a bit of a shock when you consider just how many different peelers there are out there and I was a tad overwhelmed at first, but I narrowed it down to a small selection of different ones and then further narrowed it down to this one, purely because it offered more than just the ability to peel as per a 'normal' peeler and was a bargain-basement price. >>> FIRST IMPRESSIONS? This peeler comes in a nice little box, and once it was opened I was pleased to see that the peeler itself feels pretty solid, with a comfortable handle that, crucially for my tiny kitchen, has a hole in it so it can be hung from a hook. At the end of the handle is what can only be described as the 'Frankenstein's Monster' of peeling heads. Instead of having just a bog-standard straight blade which you'll see on most peelers, this one has three different heads, which can be selected by spinning the ratcheted head until the one you want to use clicks into place. In addition to a standard straight peeling blade, you get one that peels julienne-like strips from veggies and another that peels fluted/crinkled strips. >>>DOES IT WORK WELL? Well, the first thing I did was set about some carrots and a couple of sweet potatoes with this new peeler. I tried out the 'standard' blade first and was seriously impressed by just how sharp it is. It just glides through the surface of carrots with almost zero resistance, so it's probably a good idea to keep your fingertips and knuckles clear of it while you're using it. Next, I clicked the head around to the julienne head and set about a carrot with it. This head is just as sharp as the standard one and peeled off perfectly thin strips of carrot, which would work beautifully in salads, Chinese food and all sorts of things. Impressive! Finally, I tried the crinkle-cut/fluted blade which is again amazingly sharp. This creates fancy shreds of veggies which would once again be lovely in salads and could add a nice touch of class to dishes. >>>SUMMING UP Well, there's not much else to say about this cool little kitchen gadget. It's really well thought out, feels purposeful and solid and works beautifully. Are there any downsides? Well, the julienne head is a little tricky to clean, but that's the only thing I can think of, so I overall think that I'm going to be using this a lot!

I used them straight away and I'm glad I did! I've been wanting to make thickened veg for ages. Thicker courgettes and carrots worked first time being very easy with little effort. VERY SHARP.. EXTRA Care needed with using. Third time using (potato peeler this time) resulting in me taking the end skin of my finger off, lots of blood and ended in the minor injuries unit! Lesson learnt! Use with extra care and attention….

The first peeler that actually needs a safety guard over the blades, they're so sharp! Don't lose that guard as it keeps your fingers safe while digging through the kitchen drawer. Being so sharp, it makes peeling unbelievably fast, whizzing along with ease. It's just the right size and shape, fits the hand comfortably. I bought this second one for my son, after visiting him and helping to prepare a meal there then discovering he had the cheapest and nastiest peeler imaginable. He needed one of these urgently! Mine has being going strong for almost 5 years now, and just as sharp as ever. This thing is going to last longer than I do probably! Value for money, excellent. Almost forgot - yes it does julienne etc too if you should need that. I usually just do it the old fashioned way, with a good sharp chef's knife. But the features are there.

Seems to be quite well made and, so far, have only used it to grate carrot but the pieces get stuck and clog the device up.

Bisher haben wir immer die Küchenmaschine aus dem Keller geholt, wenn wir Gemüse in Streifen schneiden wollten. Oder das Messer genommen und schon nach 30 min hatten wir es geschafft. Gut nicht wirklich dünn und auch nicht gleichmäßig - aber ok. Mit diesem Gerät ist die Karotte in 3 min zu schönen, dünnen, gleichmäßigen Streifen verarbeitet. Einfach, es macht Spaß, gut zu reinigen, spümaschinenfest - was will man mehr: Volle Punktzahl und klare Kaufempfehlung!

Super surprise ! Il fonctionne très bien ! Sur de la courgette, une lame pour éplucher, une autre pour le format spaghetti (c'est le même calibre que les carottes râpées sauf qu'ici on peut le faire sur toute la longueur !). À saisir (les courgettes) 4 à 5 min à feu vif dans une poêle, ajouter une sauce pour relever le goût s'il y a des enfants regardant (chez nous c'est le pesto) et ça sera un carton ! Enfin la dose de légumes sans se bagarrer ! Pour la variante "adulte" c'est aussi un plaisir de remplacer les pâtes par cela, un peu d'épices pour rester dans la diète et le plaisir ;) Au delà de ça c'est un très bon outil multifonction, éplucher, râper, couper finement, sont des lames efficaces et un grand classique, la lame "spaghetti" vous l'avez compris est super efficace et donc très rapide ! Attention comme bien des outils de ce genre c'est une corvée à nettoyer car il y a toujours quelques pelures coincées et ici il y a beaucoup de lames, attention aux doigts !

Utensile fantastico, con lame affilatissime e precise, perfetto sia per sbucciare carote patate, cetrioli, zucchine, che per fare gli stessi ortaggi alla julienne. Molto robusto ed ergonomico, lavabile anche il lavastoviglie. Consigliatissimo!
