I've never wrote a review for anything an I found this to be the absolute best book for start up info an the how to an don't do. This wAs the best book I've found for starting up a lawn care business the information in this book comes from a business owner. The info is great I recommend this book to anyone trying to start up a business.

This book outlined everything a person would need to get started in a lawn care business. I have been thinking for a long time of starting a lawn care business, and this book was a perfect fit for me. It gave me a good understanding of the equipment I would need to get started, different services I could offer, billing and accounting programs, etc. I would even recommend this book for just people who use lawn care services to better understand how a lawn care business works and makes money.

I am in the process of creating a business plan to possibly start a lawn care business. This book was one of my resources. It's a pretty good book and did give me a few really good ideas that I will be implementing into my plan, but when I was finished with reading it I found myself asking - "that's it?" It is basically a rough outline of a lawn care business with a thrust to get you to get (purchase?) more info from his website, which I discovered is no longer running when I attempted to visit. The book is okay, but you can probably spend your money better elsewhere.

I found all information useful although this is my first lawn care guide book that I have read, I do think it is a good quick book that doesn't waste time repeating information and gives you many different ideas to use in your endeavors as an entrepreneur.

Good information and advice. After reading this I have started my own lawn care business taking careful steps. It is a little slow right now, but I'm taking it easy now while focusing on my fulll time job and next year I will go full speed into it.

I was very pleased with the information I got from this book. Pat obviously knows what he is talking about especially regarding the business end of operating a lawn care company. He has many wise suggestions for running your business successfully. If I had a complaint I guess I would have liked to have had more information in the book about the nuts and bolts of lawn care, but I guess thats another book entirely. Overall this book is a very helpful resource.

This book does not provide much in the way of new information. The layout of the book leaves something to be desired since its pretty basic and does not flow very well. If you really do not have a clue about starting a lawncare business then this would work. However, it is not very comprehensive and you could pretty much find all this information searching the web. Save yourself time and money by not buying this book!

Great book. covers everything

There is nothing in here that is not common sense. I purchased this based on reviews stating there were templates and forms available for use. Nothing of value here ...period.

To american, would greatly improved if it was focused on the uk climate and market. Shame really
