Didn't work and charged me $128 restocking fee!
I ordered this winch for my jet ski lift. It worked for the first few days then would not brake and hold the jet ski up out of the water. I returned within the allowed return days but was charged nearly half the cost of the item for a re-stocking fee. Beware of this company!

Less than a year old and the braking system not working properly
Can crank the winch down have to override the braking system.
