great machine getting fit slowly I recommend it to anybody.

Great product, folds neatly to fit behind my sofa. Feels safe, sturdy and comfortable when using. Only downside is when using for my arms the rubber pads turn in your hand

Product is sturdy and well made but difficult to use in setting up the differing strength modes. Some of the exercises involve using chairs which prove to be difficult bearing in mind the chair pictured in the illustration guide is very upright and many people will not have such chairs available, I have to resort to using the end of my bed. The video supplied with the equipment contradicts positioning of feet during some exercises compared with the picture diagrams - which is right? Overall, a disappointing purchase!

I can't recommend this highly enough, If your balance isn't very good you can sit on the floor and work out which of the exercises are best for you.

Excellent product. Takes up little room to store when not in use. Does most exercises to help with mobility and fitness.

Great machine couldn't do press ups at all now doing at least 15 a night only been using three weeks 40 sit ups and I can feel difference in myself
