We bought 4 of these machines over 3 years and the motors burn out. How do I get a replacement motor or a better machine? We are in our 1 year warranty

We received this item and it did not work. We attempted all recommend actions to get it to work and opted to return it. We paid 307.16 for this item and only received a refund of 22.14

Started machine (easy and intuitive), but could not get inductive sensor to repeat fill. Contacted manufacturer via e-mail and Amazon. Received response only 1 hour after my e-mail (Sent at night due too Time zone difference NY/ China) to both inquiries. Problem was solved by sending video of problem via WhatsApp. Turns out the inner plastic "door/gate" that releases the product was touching the inner metal case and thus did not fully open to trigger the end of fill cycle command, which is needed for the next fill cycle. Loosened cup/funnel holding screw inside, adjusted cup/funnel, retightened, works) Would give 5 star rating, except instructions which come with the machine should have a troubleshooting guide and outline all use possibilities. Turns out one can bypass the inductive infrared sensor with a foot pedal or hook up another device like a sealer (they call it datamouth) Also, it could be made clearer that the infrared sensor needs a solid surface to reflect against for the next fill to trigger AND whatever container one puts in front of it has to be completely removed, so the sensor eye can reset for the next fill. Lastly a suggestion to sell some different spout attachments. Depending on product to be filled (in my case plastic beads) come out to fast and spread all over. Not a biggie, as one can reduce the openings by taping things of with cardboard or foil. All in all great job by manufacturer and its service department. As I use it I will update this. For now machine is perfect for what we plan to use it for.

After researching powder filling machines I decided to jump in and give this one a try. It was easy to set-up and I was testing the machine in the first 20 minutes. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but the weight settings appear accurate. I bought a small scale to double check. I would recommend picking up a cheap paint brush to help brush out powders if you’re filling multiple products.

We had tried so many times to get it to calibrate to the correct weight. It's real junk. No instruction manual makes any sense. It's a bunch of terrible Chinese translations. Poor construction, the hopper bowl is connected with terrible quality sheet metal cut into the frame.

I wish there wasn’t a sensor and that it was automatic or at least had that as an option. It would only operate if the motion sensor was triggered. Other than that, it would randomly stop working and make a loud buzzing noise every so often. Product would also get stuck in the shoot and wouldn’t go down properly. Would probably work well for other people, but just didn’t work out for me.

This product is a time saver. I use this machine to package spice blends and it has increased my filling rate from about 50 pouches in an hour (manually) to 50 pouches within 25 minutes. I will be investing in another one soon. My only criticism is the speed control of the weighing. When I choose middle or fast mode, it seems to work for a few times but reverts back to the normal speed. Not a really big issue for me as I'm already pleased with how much of an improvement it has made already. I highly recommend this item.
