Really wanted to like this product but my box was very beat up when I received it. The condition of the Amazon box was fine, the condition of the product box on the inside was poor. There was chocolate powder everywhere and upon further inspection two of the pods were damaged. The more extreme one had what almost looked like intentional damage, and the top seam on the bag was asymmetrical which makes me worry that it was resealed. The second damaged capsule had micro punctures and small holes in the top metal part. I rinsed off the remaining ones and they seemed fine. Was not excited about the cleanup. As for the functional ones they work fine, the chocolate flavor is a bit artificial but would work well to mix with other coffees as a flavoring addition. It’s good with milk.

As someone who has never found a hot chocolate mix in the U.S. that doesn't have 2-3 times the sugar content and has half the cacao content that would be essential for a good hot chocolate, I was happy to find an imported product. This is good. It's delicious. However, I had to use 3 pods for a cup, using my Nespresso Latissima and topping it up with frothed hot milk. This made each cup probably the most expensive hot chocolate that I've ever had! As much as this is way higher quality than the alternatives, I'll probably continue to make my own hot chocolate the old-fashioned way: Unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa, sugar, & milk.

My husband ordered these and he made us both a cup this afternoon and it was delicious!!!

I was excited to get this product for my Nespresso machine, however, it has very little output, and the taste is subpar for the price.

I ordered 10 pods to try. The pods work perfectly with my Nespresso Lattissima. I followed the instructions, after extracting the chocolate using the short option, I added frothed almond milk and voila, delicious flavor and fully compatible. Ordering more right now!

este producto tiene buen sabor no se necesita hechar azucar ni nada solo la leche y listo pero en mi opinion muy caro para lo que es con ese precio se puede conseguir chocolate mas barato y hecharselo a la leche y punto

Für meinen Geschmack ist der Kakao zu süß. Dies wird auch mit mehr Milch nicht sonderlich besser. Die Anwendung ist einfach und es ist eine nette Abwechslung zum Kaffe.

Love it! Just find it a short hot chocolate but topped with mini marshmallows and cream makes the perfect treat. Will be trying other flavours 💗💗💗
