Mouth Guard for Grinding Teeth at Night: Moldable Dental Guard for Sleeping (4 Guards)

These are absolutely great! My husband paid £500 to have a guard made through the dentist, so I was reluctant to go through them when they told me my teeth were cracking due to grinding in my sleep. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, if you don't have a thermometer to check the temperature of the water, just poor a freshly boiled kettle into a small pan. Gum shield is ready to come out when you see the rubber soften and close in, but don't leave it too long or the sides stick together. It's easy to cut off any excess, and you can redo it as many times as you need to to get it right. I did a set for upper teeth first, it was comfortable but made me dribble, so I've made a set for lower teeth. I had to cut quite a lot off, as I think they are designed for uppers, but they are comfortable, and don't force my mouth open, so hopefully won't dribble. Great product at a great price! Very happy bunny!

For a proper one, my dentist said £300. Its way too much!! Besides the manufacturer, so many peopel in between would make money by commission - dental practice, dentist, etc, hence so expensive. I was browsing few cheaper versions like this and some reviews were very negative and was put off. But I needed a product, either I let the teeth grind every night or buy one with dentist by paying £300 or gamble by buying such cheap versions. I was using several cloves, i tried several chewing gums, none were helping. Despite a few negative comments, I bought this one. First night, I used one piece by cutting it off a bit, little uncomfortable. Next night, I cut it further so it sits on the front part of the teeth. Dipping in hot water and using after a few seconds lets is take the right shape. I am glad I have this now. I apply to the upper teeth, it is not fully tight but it does not fall off because the lower jaw is not letting that happen. If it were little tight, it would be painful. Or maybe not, I am not bothered, as long as its helping me. I have saved the name of this product in my file so I can buy more in future. Sorry for those ones who did not find this product helpful but I found it ok and I did not have to pay £300.

I was pleasantly excited to receive this item as I suffer from the daily grinding of my teeth n jaw lock due to my anxiety. I had asked my dentist about them n they obviously costly, so I had to find something else to help my problem. I had it delivered n followed the instructions from the paperwork, the gum shields are not one bit as good as I thought they would be.. it says it has different sizes etc but for my gum n teeth they are not small enough and just slip off my gums and teeth. What a waste of money. I wonder whether I can get a refund as when you buy this sort of thing you have to open packets n obviously have to put it in your mouth so to make a mold of your teeth etc. obviously the shields are far too big n want stop in place.

Moulding this guard was actually super easy, so the application is pretty straight forward. I didn't realise how much I was grinding my teeth until I started wearing this. If you are thinking of getting one I recommend being wary of the thickness of this guard as if you have a smaller mouth you may not be able to fully close your mouth with it in - which could mean you can only sleep on your back with it in (unless you like drooling on your pillow.) But that's the only downside. It's a great product and great value for money.

Having read the reviews I was worried that these would be too big/too small/too thick and difficult mould. I was so wrong. They are a total doddle to shape to fit and are more comfortable than I ever expected. The pack came with 4 small and 4 larger mouth guards. I tried a small one first in case I made a mess of it. I used water in a bowl that had been a couple of minutes off the boil and waited 16 seconds which is when I could see the edges softening. Scooped it out with a spoon, & let is cool for 5 seconds. The small guard is a tiny bit short and doesn't cover one molar each side at the back but otherwise is fine, and this way there's no risk of it digging in my cheeks or gagging. Moulding it was easy as the video showed. It came off easily and I can even talk with it in, not that I need to as it's for night use to prevent teeth grinding. It's very comfortable indeed and does it's job. All in all it's a resounding success and would definitely recommend this product.

The product is good, the problem is it's fallout my mouth in the night time. The size it's alright, fits perfect . Doesn't have any taste and don't affect the sleep quality.

Have been experiencing jaw pain for a couple of months, likely as a result of teeth grinding. Saw my dentist today and showed her the mouth guard so am sharing what she said. She felt that the guard was comparable quality and thickness to the soft splint that she could have offered for £60. She said to stick with this overnight for three months to see if things improve. I have only had it a couple of weeks so no change yet. Also recommended a soft diet for 7 days to calm the inflammation. This is to be supplemented with a warm compress for the jaw and ibuprofen if that's something you can tolerate. Found the mould easy to make. The pack came with 4 moulds and a holder for one mouthguard. I cut it to size before immersing in hot water. I followed instructions carefully and it's a good snug fit that I can keep in all night. Happy with the product and can recommend it.

Hey all, gonna review this honestly. No I’m not staff and no I’m not affiliated. I’m just a normal customer with some seriously painful night bruxism. 😩 This is seriously the best, most comfortable mouth guard I have ever owned in my entire life. I’m not kidding either! I had gone to the dentist and they told me I was damaging my teeth from clenching and grinding my teeth so bad every night. I grind my teeth so much at night that I actually grinded my back molars totally flat! I have also chipped my front teeth. So I went looking for a mouth guard to help me stop destroying my teeth. I have tried other mouth guards before but they were all horrendously uncomfortable and would hurt my mouth. Then I gave these guys a try,(Reazeal brand) and I am SOOO glad I did because after following the instructions, I shaped these mouth guards to fit my mouth perfectly! I used all the small ones, the big ones are too big for my little mouth, but I could probably cut them to size if I need to. But so far these are really perfect for me, best of all, I can actually sleep with my mouth closed while wearing them! The horrible mouth guards I had before were so big for my little mouth that it made my mouth stay open and I would drool on ny pillow! Yuck! Talk about embarrassing! But NOT these guys! These guys are REALLY customize for your mouth and fit perfectly because you can customize them for your mouth. This is the only inexpensive mouth guard I have ever owned that saves me from destroying my teeth further. Bruxism is an awful thing for your teeth, so I am so happy that I can save my teeth from further damage without having to cough up $400- $600 for a custom mouth guard from the dentist. I can just keep using these! When they wear down, I will just buy more! If you were looking for a comfortable inexpensive mouth guard, these are the ones for ya! I am so happy I bought mine, I only wish I had bought them much, much sooner because I then I could have saved my poor teeth from all the damage my nightly bruxism inflicted! My grinding was so bad that it actually caused a big hole in my back molar and I actually got an abscess and had to have a root canal! It was so painful the infection spread to my jaw. But I got it all fixed. If only I had these sooner that all could have been avoided! Well, what matters now is that these mouth guards will save me from destroying my teeth any further and especially preventing me from destroying my tooth that the dentists repaired via root canal. These mouth guards really are a life saver. If you’re destroying your teeth like me, or clench and grind so bad you get headaches, I highly recommend these. It will save your teeth!
