Is this ok if I buy this for my friend if he working a lot with water?

Have no experiences with water. Runs great and looks expensive. All watches say water resistant which means keep out of water.

Is the day date in spanish also

Nope. It just has the date only in English

Yes, this is an authentic Citizen Watch. As long as the "Ships from" and "Sold by" fields both indicate Amazon.com, the watch is authentic.
