Very comfortable works great

Advertises a 400 lb weight capacity. Seat is way too narrow for that. Manual says weight capacity is 220 lbs. It’s advertised as various terrains. The manual says for indoor use only. I’m about 280 pounds. The chair could could not go across a ramp or a driveway without veering down into the street, even with joystick in max position to side while still going forward. I sprained my ankle repeatedly with reflex to stop the chair, but was unable to stop it nor even slow it down. I am returning the item. I asked the seller how to get free wheel mode. They said just to turn off the power. That has not worked for my wheelchair.
