I take this everyday
I have health problems and have really been grateful for how much these help me have the vitamins my body needs. I get my blood drawn often and am happy with how well this keeps my vitamin levels where they should be. It’s also the only one I’ve seen with potassium which is something I run low on. So I don’t have to take that separately. It is a little large, but it’s not difficult to swallow.

Good Vitamin for Seniors
After researching multiple different multi-vitamins for seniors, this brand seemed to have the best all around vitamins needed for us mature women. It is lacking in calcium and magnesium, which I bought an additional supplement to add to this. Plus the price was great as well. The pills are the average size of a multi-vitamin, which can be large for people who have problems taking them. But I have seen larger. Fortunately, I have no problems taking a handful of pills at one time.
