So what you get is a small digital tuning small am/fm radio with ear buds. The round kind that just fit on your ear rather then in your ear canal. With that said, thats probably the only thing i'm changing out since i have better quality ones then this. For just simple listening though, this is probably good enough for most, it was clear. Most of the major stations in LA came in, and it's relatively easy to tune and set presets ( i was able to set 13 presets on FM and i just programmed 3 on AM) so maybe it goes to 20?. It recharges via usb cable, so not sure how many cycles this battery will last or if it's easy to change out once it fails, but i'm sure it's just a cheap 5v battery that you can find here on amazon for relatively cheap. It's perfect for work or even exercising as it's pretty small and probably can find an armband or something to hold it since it's so small. I'm guessing but about 3" tall, by 1.5" wide and 1/4" thick? So relatively small and light. When finding channels, you hit like an up down search and once it connects with a strong enough signal it stops on it. From there you can save it to a preset. You can lock the buttons so you dont accidentally change channel say while exercising which is a nice feature. Anyways, nothing ground breaking here, it's just fine for the price is why i'm giving it 4 stars. Some stations do come in better when the device is facing certain directions so i just try to place it as high as i can.

What a sweet little radio! I like to take along a radio when traveling, to get a little of the local flavor. This radio fits easily in my luggage, taking up very little space. It's a good performer. The scan feature helps in finding stations in an unfamiliar city. I was especially pleased with the AM reception. Other radios I have suffer from static interference from flourescent fixtures and lamps with dimmers. This radio gives clear, clean sound. I haven't tried the included earbuds, since I use Sennheiser earbuds with this and other devices.

I needed an inexpensive AM/FM radio...mostly for listening to baseball games while out walking. Besides being inexpensive, it needed to pull in my local stations and have a small form factor. This Flyoukki is about the size of a stack of 50 business cards. I get my baseball games just fine. Amazon offers less expensive offerings by a few bucks, but none that looked like they would do the same job as this one. The earphone jack is at the top so I can shove the radio in my pocket without breaking off the earphones at the plug. I have also used it at home with an old set of PC speakers (containing their own on-board amplifier). The only place I would ding this device (and neither are that much of a big deal to me) is in the ease-of-use category. 1) If you casually press the AM/FM key but leave it pressed too long, it goes into a mode of automatically storing radio stations. So you could end up with a lot of preset stations which you do not care about. 2) It is not intuitive for me to manually store preset stations. I am most successful when re-reviewing the user manual. If neither of these two concerns are a big deal to you either, I'd recommend this radio for your needs.

This unit is about the size of a credit card. Its controls are clearly marked and easy to figure out. I gave this 5 stars in every category except I only gave 4 stars to the "Easy to use" category, because it took a while to figure out I have to plug the ear phones in before turning the unit on. Overall this tuner exceeded my expectations. The sound is crisp and clear. I use this for 4 - 5 hours at a time, which the battery lasts for several days at a time. If you have a budget of about $20 for a pocket radio, this is well worth the money.

The reception isn't quite as good as I had hoped however it is my first rechargeable transistor type radio. I use it daily for the most part and so far ( 3 days or so ) I am pleased overall. It isn't huge, it is definitely light weight and very simple to operate. A quick read through the book and you have a good idea of what can be done and how. Long press the scan button and it scans for available stations and stores them in 2 up or down style buttons which really isn't as bad as it sounds. Above the store buttons up and down are the tuning buttons again, up and down. It goes up or down one step which is .1 on the dial so 99.1 would become 99.2 or 99.0 depending on which button is pressed. Next to those on the right of course are your volume up and down buttons and on the bottom left is the band changer and long press scan button. To the right of that is The memo, long press delete button. Have to admit haven't used that at all yet. and then to the right of that naturally is our power short press mute button. As you can tell by my awesome description and the likely photo it is a fairly well designed unit and for the price as long as you plan to use it you can't really go wrong in my opinion.

Unfortunately hubs threw away the box etc. OR I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT FOR A REFUND!! Instruction booklet was of very little help and after a few attempts for a DIY guy and Chem. Engineer... could not get it to work properly and I was the one who picked this one based on high reviews and purchasers!! Back to the drawing board... Based on his experience, I'd say be very wary of this pocket radio. No response from a sent email either.

Everything is GREAT with the Radio. I didn’t think it would be as good as it is!

Easy to use. I listen to it at the gym. perfect size. I found a neck strap that this little radio fits in that I wear around my neck when working out. Volume level is great also. The little cushion on the ear buds fell off after 2 uses, but doesn't that happen to all of those little cushion ear bud things? Very happy with this radio. I'm glad this radio is still available to purchase. I had thus attached to my bathing suit as I was out in the sun. It is so light weight I forgot I had it on , went into my pool, done deal. I will promptly order another one, it's a great little radio. Just purchased another of these radio today. Great size and terrific reception.

I got this specifically for a specific radio station I listen to on my morning commute :-) The apps on my phone for some reason, don't get this stations anymore (CBC Calgary/FM). With the built-in antennae couple with a headset, this does work really well. Sound quality is of course also dependent on your headset. This is not a Bluetooth one so be aware :-) It's smaller than I thought but easily fits into shirt pocket. Very well made. It should last for a while. Battery power so far seems quite good - after two hours, the bars are still full. Instructions were quite good. I'm glad I was able to find something like this, as they are getting harder to find.

great outdoors sub par in bigger stadiums with a lot of concrete. headset also had to be replaced by more reliable ones.....in a pinch i would take to the footy, but if wanted uniterrupted commentary while watching, i would look for a higher end model....lower your expectations and it will end up doing a reasonable job, if you have heightened expectations....look elsewhere.
