These feel very nice when installed. The strike plate for the frame seemed thin when compared to my existing. They look great paired with the U400 deadbolt locks.

I love the way this handle looks on the door. What I don't like about it is that it has no written directions (not that you really need them). There was a QR code you could use to see directions, but I didn't need that. another thing I don't like about this is that the bar that goes through the door and connects to the handle on both sides of the door is an independent piece, and it requires that you insert the included springs into each handle to make it work. Somehow one of the springs fell out and I didn't realize it. I installed the door handle, tested it, it worked, then I went to the store. I came home, still no issues. My wife gets home from work, still no issues. I then go pick up my granddaughter from school, come home, and I can't open the front door from the outside. I had to go through the garage in order to get in the house. I took off the inside handle, and that was when I noticed that the spring had fallen out during installation and was laying next to the front door mat. Easy fix, thankfully the spring was easy to find. I've installed quite a few door handles over the years, and I never had one that the bar was not attached to one of the door handles.

This handle was super easy to install with the help of the instructions. Great value for the money and super durable. Has great locking functionality.
