I've used this now for several different purposes. I've been applying them to smooth clean surfaces and they stay where they are put. Therefore, the sticky part is very sticky and perfect for flat surfaces. The velcro part is relatively short, which is good because things attached to it don't sag. The velcro connection is VERY strong; I had to use a dull knife to remove something that was connected with 2" x 4" piece. That brings up that you can easily cut this stuff with heavy duty scissors or using a razor blade. Just bought 3 more packs. VERY useful. With bit cheaper price it would be 15 out of 15.

I bought these velcro strips to replace the velcro pad on my mouse sander since I couldn't find a replacement sander pad elsewhere. The adhesive on these velcro strips is hulk strength! I was able to make a stencil with paper and cut the stencil out of the velcro with an exact-o knife. Once applied to the sander I didn't have high hopes for it staying adhered since mouse sanders notoriously vibrate and are dusty but the velcro held up through probably 50 sand paper changes and hours of abuse and still looks brand new. So not only is the adhesive on the velcro strips industrial strength, but the velcro holds strong and has exceeded my expectations! I've come up with all kinds of ways to use the rest of the velcro strips in the pack and have not been dissappointed. Highly recommend for all your creative adhesive velcro needs.

I got this to use on a jacket for changing out patches. I went with it so I could stick it on then secure it with thread. However, the glue is so thick that it jammed up my sewing machine. For my application, I'm sure the glue will hold fine. But if you're looking for a similar application, be prepared to sew it by hand, or just get a version without glue.

I used the hook part on the back of patches to attach them to the loop fabric I got elsewhere and sewed on my backpack. It worked perfectly. I can change out the patches with ease now

Normally I use a second adhesive when attaching hook and loop fasteners to a material, but these are surprisingly non-porous (great!) with excellent adhesive strength. They come in a strong ziplock bag packaging, which hilariously misspelled "fasteners" as "fasterners" and "adhesive" as "adhensive" multiple times, which I'm totally fine with - this minor oversight belies the very high quality product within. Very happy with this purchase and recommend.

Works fine to secure the batteries in my mobility scooter. And I've got extra to do one or two projects around the house that I've been putting off until I had another need for hook and loop tape which I've now got.

The double side adhesive trips I got to prevent my cushions from sliding on the couch worked out pretty well. You need to sit on them for a while to help the adhesive but so far they have not slid on the side I sat on. It would have been perfect to have a paper ruler to help with placement. All in all it seems to be a pretty good product.

Super strong adhesive and super strong hook and loop. Once you place this somewhere, it's pretty much permanent.
