My cat loves It! She uses all the surfaces including the enclosed bed and all the scratching posts. (The mouse toy doesn't anchor in so I got rid of it because she kept pulling It out, but no big deal) It was easy to put together by looking at the picture online.,not by the directions. However, it had a strong chemical smell, the surfaces are very small, and it sheds carpet fibers which was fairly easy to remedy with a thorough vacuuming once I realized that's where they were coming from. They were all over the house and at firstI I thought i head some sort of bug infestation untilI examined them under a magnifying glass! Its okay for a kitten or a very small cat. Mine is only 3 months old so I anticipate having to get a bigger structure very soon. Review: Not very stable. - Well made, but poor design. Base ought to be bigger, and ought to have at least one more "leg" holding up the platforms. I put a screw into the wall at the top, as a quick fix for the wobble. Also my cat is a small female cat, less than a year old.

Nice looking, good design, cat loves, very small, chemical smell, carpet sheds

Not very stable.

Satisfied so far
I ordered it because my cats were both just spayed and neutered and I wanted them to have somewhere they could go to be away from the dogs. It was very easy to put together and so far they seem to like it. It was smaller than I thought it would be but they like to perch themselves on it and my little one I'm sure we'll play with the attached toys a little more once he is more mobile/ active. I was a tad leary as many of their reviews said that it was wobbly ( but it had the best reviews out of the ones that I looked at) but I think that might be due to the person assembling it. LOL. So far I am satisfied with this product

Most Important Piece Was Missing
I was so looking forward to this cat condo; it had everything I wanted. Alas, D. Dipet shipped it without the largest piece - the one enclosed part that the cat actually goes into - and so it is useless and cannot be assembled without its largest and most structurally necessary component. I reached out to the German manufacturer, Dibea, whose customer support email address was on the instructions, and they were very sweet and did attempt to replace the missing part even though the omission wasn't their fault, but alas, they were unable to ship it to America. I'm also sad that my only recourse is to get a refund from Amazon, and have to drag the box and all its contents to a UPS center and send it all back, when I would prefer to keep the rest of the set and just have D Dipet send me the missing piece. But Amazon and Dipet don't work that way, and I am too afraid to order another cat tree and have it also miss the crucial piece. I don't understand how they could NOT notice the huge piece was not included when they shipped this product, but Amazon takes photos of their deliveries as evidence and there was never a second box containing the big missing piece. I still want this cat tree but will have to search for a more responsible distributor who will send it in full. I can't recommend that anyone order this climbing tower, as Dipet protects themselves from having any kind of direct contact with customers and doesn't seem interested in providing a complete product :(

Too lightweight, but nice tree if you add something heavy to the base.
Nice cat tree. My cat only weighs 9 pounds and she knocked it over the first time she tried to jump on it, scared her and she wonโt use it. The wood needs to be heavier to stabilize it more.

Very unstrudy
This is very unstrudy. Thankfully my cat had absolutely no interest in it. He weighs about 9 pounds and if he were to jump on it it may have fallen over. The parts are made of plastic not wood.

Joy To The World
Our cat Joy took right to her new play tower like its been around for months. Wanted to provide her with her own little haven and she absolutely loves it. She takes most to the play mouse that snaps back every time she lets go as well as the hanging rope she's able to swing on like Tarzan lol. Fun to watch her entertain herself. After running herself raggedy she finds rest in her small cubicle to recoup to start all over again. Only thing negative I would say is that it took longer than I anticipated to put together. Would help if pieces are marked with the letters according to the diagram. Very nice and well made product. Mrs Smith
