I had really bad constipation even though I took other probiotics and drank lots of water and ate vegetables. I also had an issue with water retention so I would bloat and be puffy every morning and I had a hard time waking up in the morning feeling so bloated and tired and feeling heavy.... This product really changed the way I feel! I saw results after about 4 days.I wake up lighter every day and I go regularly!
