Wish I’d found these sooner! I put them on the place that hurts, the side of my knee, my lower back, or shoulder. They work on me for about 24 hours. They stay on through showers, changing clothes, etc - pretty sturdy. Haven’t had any skin reaction to the adhesive. Thumbs up!

The good: I bought these for my wife, knowing that magnesium can realistically help with certain types of pain. And indeed, on her feet, she did experience a noticeable, if minor improvement. The bad: They don't adhere very well. My advice? Wipe the area with alcohol first to eliminate body oil, let it dry. It should get you through the night! I'd buy again, no issue.

I got these to replace some other magnesium patches I was using, but these aren’t really that great. They’re so thin and flimsy they get stuck while you’re trying to put them on in weird ways cause they don’t lay flat and they also the glue adhesive gave me a sort of skin reaction rash that kinda won’t go away.

I used it both at night and in the daytime I personally feel like it works better during the night I am able to sleep more comfortably and I wake up with more energy. When I wore it during the day I didn't feel any difference. I do recommend trying it to see which one works best.

This product is a soft, flexible, plastic patch about 1 ½ inches by 1 ½ inches. I thought it would be larger, but it fit nicely on my shoulder under my sleeve. So it can be worn discretely either at night or in the day. The instructions say to wear it for eight hours. They don’t specify which part of the day, so I tried it for both. I didn’t like that it was a little stickier than some patches I’ve tried, and a little uncomfortable. But this is the first magnesium-style that I’ve purchased. It stayed on fairly well, and I got used to the feel of it after some time. For the day use, I thought I received a bit more energy and alertness while wearing it. After a night of sleep for the other eight hours, I felt more refreshed and energized. Also, it seemed as though I wasn’t quite as achy afterwards. I would recommend trying it, and I’m going to use it more often.
