I purchased this directly from Futurebit, Love the machine, customer support is awful
The machine is great, but I am having a minor issue and the customer support/emails have been awful. They act like they do not care at all, and are minimizing my issue. Unfortunate, because the machine is good, and I love having my own node/and miner...
