Love this pillow, has really helped ease my neck pain from 2 slipped discs. Other orthopaedic/memory foam pillows have been rock hard but this is soft and comfortable yet supportive.

It’s a great pillow. Really helps our sleep. That moment in the morning after getting up that you don’t feel any back or neck pain. It was an amazing feeling. I’ve bought another pillow for my husband too.

Keeps it shape and moderately firm, not firm but not soft either. It's helped me with my sleep, less neck pain. I like that I can switch it 180° for a higher or lower support.

Too small and low for me to sleep on my side, it’s a solid foam block. I’ve had memory foam pillows in the past and this is not memory foam but you get what you pay for. First use, I woke with a stiff neck and shoulders, sweating from my head and neck and wheezing in the middle of the night none of which usually happen to me. Needless to say it went straight off the bed swapped back to my old one. Complete waste of money for me. Edit: following my review the seller reached out to me and gave me a refund which I hadn’t expected to be honest so I have increased my review stars by two to reflect the customer service I received.

This is my third time buying this pillow. First for myself, then one to keep at my in-laws for when I stay over and now one for my partner. I've tried a few orthopedic pillows and this one suits me the best. I'm a side sleeper and the indent that runs through the middle means I can easily switch sides. The two different height options means I can tailor it to how much support I need at the time. It always remains firm and comfortable. Might take a little time to get used to if you're not familiar with memory foam. Always stays the same shape and has lasted me for more than a year.

This is the third one I’ve purchased. Good value, good quality and very comfortable. Thicker one side than the other with contoured memory foam for extra support. Can get a little hot so benefit from pillow cases, despite the textured design on surface.

I was diagnosed with cervical spondolosis and my neck pain was getting worse. My physio suggested I get one of these pillows and it has made quite a difference. I am sleeping better and finding that my neck pain is lessening (still there but not as bad or getting worse). My wife also tried it and we are getting one for her.
