Replacement of lock
This item was purchased on 27.04.2024. Around 15 days back ,after a flight journey the bag lock could not be opened and same was somehow opened by the hotel staff and could use the items store. Pl note that the numer lock was used properly. But now it is not possible to use it. I think number lock unit is not of good quality. I want this is to be attended so that I can use it .please do the needful
