This doll is surprisingly really nice in quality. She has inset eyes and very soft and silky hair. The hair is pretty thin in some spots but in her designed style you do not see/notice it. The main hair gimmick, the string pull and style, did work for the most part and I appreciate they included a paper to instruct you how to reset it if you take her hair down. I have not tried her additional 'stamp' feature so have no opinion on that. The color tones in the make up are pretty and well stamped. She has a good amount of articulation; hips sockets, elbows, shoulders and wrists have full movement (hands do not appear removable however). Her head goes left and right but not up and down and she has no knee or ankle joints so she can sit but its stiffed leg. She can wear some stuff from other, more popular doll lines, which is good because the VIP doll clothes are honestly not great style wise. Rainbow high: Shoes fit great, most of the t-shirt type tops work really well and the RH Junior line clothes seem to be a pretty good fit all around with the exception of the shoes and any items that need the hands removed to get on. Monster high: shoes fits as well though they are a bit more snug than RH, stretchy bottoms from them fit good but tops are a no; way to small. Wish she came with a stand.

These girls are so cute! Knee articulation would be nice, but I'm ok with no knee articulation if there is nice quality hair, which these dolls have. It's super soft. Her hair gimmick worked beautifully. Excellent quality for the price.

I still think you should call this doll: "Celestial" like Barbie is called Barbie. We are willing to fund here. Each doll could still have a different name but an outer space theme could finally be with this doll. Some of us never tire of playing with dolls and I want a Jetson's house for this doll big enough for her to stand in. I want a better body for her but I really do not care if her legs bend. She has great eyes and she looks like Celestial because of them. Better fabrics and fun futuristic clothes and I really don't care about price as long as other doll collectors do not destroy every doll except theirs like they do now. Someone is ratting the hair on dolls and destroying their look before people even get the seemingly new doll. Great doll but more please.

I save toys for kids at Christmas And this is a wonderful doll for a child. The dall seems to have it's own personality.

Grandkids loved these. Loved the hair, clothes and accessories.

VIP Girls are underappreciated in my opinion. I hope there will be more of these dolls in the future.
