It's Okay because it is only Consumes 40 Watt Electricity. I Bought is for 300 bucks, so it's Quality is Higher then it's price. Negative Point : Glue is getting out at very slow speed even you don't Press Trigger of gun . product is okay..need some more time to gain that speed to use it. Now i am spilling the molten glue all over or creating threads around :( One bad thing is - iit is eating the glue like a monster - the stick just vanishes iin 5-10 mins. not sure if that is teh case with all guns or the glue stick i have is of poor quality The stand is good. its a small peice of metal wire dong a grt job :-D

The glue sticks are not full (they provided small pieces of the sticks). Quality is not good. And the sticks they provided are already used and old. They made 5sticks from 2.5 sticks. I'm very disappointed

Works absolutely fine. first time it does take a v long time to heat up but after that it works perfect. It takes almost 30 to 40 mins for the first heat up...so do not panic.but the second time n after that it heats up in only 5 to 6 mins.so who ever is thinking to buy this hot glue gun..you can go for it. Flow of glue is also good. It dries up quickly in less than a minute. so no need to wait long. Since i bought it i hv done few DIY's. A 5 star rating from my side.

I was very eager to buy a hot glue gun and have received it just today but i don't much like the product for 2-3 reasons:- 1. It takes much time to heat up and pass out the glue. 2. The hole of the tip of the nozzle is very big so if he you want to stick the glue narrowly in a tiny space, it becomes impossible. 3. No on/off switch has been provided. Even when i turn off the switch and plug out the gun, the glue still oozes out. 4. Most importantly, as soon as you apply the glue on any surface (i tried to stick it on a plastic decoration piece), it immediately dries, becomes hard and easily leave the surface... As if the glue has no sticky property. I have purchased couple of items from Amazon before, but with this product i am completely unsatisfied and unhappy

I used it today for the first time after I purchased six months back, in fact I did not get a chance to use it. I was afraid that that if the item was found not working, I could not return or replace it now. However my fear vanished as soon as I plugged it in, because glue began melting within 2 minutes! Until you get some practical experience using this gun will be a messy experience, you have to understand yourself how, where and when to use this type of glue! I used it to join the broken lid of pedal waste-bin, and the glue did the job perfectly! As soon as the melted glue leaves the tip of the gun it starts curing and gets back to its plastic-rubber form. It is good that the seller is providing glue sticks free with the gun, this avoids confusion in purchasing it separately for a first timer. I loved the gadget, and you too will!

The product is very good. Still, it gets a 4 star because the glue gun continuously sprays out the liquid glue. This is, by far, the only disadvantage that I've noticed. The built is quite strong and the covering is durable. Also, It's been some time that I've been using it so from my side I'll say that it's worth a try. Professionals and meticulous people may have difficulty in using it, because of the continuous overflow of glue. Also, the glue sticks provided are of good quality. Pros 1. Strong built. 2. Heats up in 5-6 minutes and is ready to use by that time. 3. Cheap but Durable. Cons 1. Takes a long time to cool down. 2. The trigger doesn't have perfect calibration. Having said all that, I'll conclude by saying that at this cheap price this is the best you can get.
