Disappointed with product

Just received item today and not happy with it. Spatula does not open all the causing rubbee not to be flat. Very un even. Doesn't look like picture at all

Excellent quality!!!

This spatula tong utensil is very great quality. It’s a little awkward to use at first but very useful. And I love that I can use it with my nonstick pans without scratching them!!

Bought this because it looked unique, and is! Customer service with seller was excellent. I have used this on the grill, as well as on stove top. Would recommend this cooking tool, and definitely would buy as a gift for friends.
