The attachments for the machine just take it to a new level...great purchase!

I purchased this with my Total Flex. The resistance bands are easy to install and the configuration changes are just as easy as it is with the standard set-up. The only down side is that they do not store as well as the total flex does.

Total waste of money. The total flex is ok, but this is kind of a waste.

Great addition to the total flex home gym. Allows broader range of exercises and more comfort. Only rated 4 out of 5 stars because the leg extender is not built for short people as I am. Will have to find a way to modify either the machine or the excercises to accommodate my short legs as extender is too long for me even on the shortest setting. It would have been helpful if this information had been included in the product description with heights or leg lengths they would be suited for.

I'm giving these accessories 5 stars just as I did the chair itself and because I am a little taller than 6 feet and the headrest keeps me from having to scrunch up while lying down on my back. These accessories just completed the package and I recommend you get them as you won't have much ($) tied up in the whole shooting match. You can look at the DVD and "see" how to properly attach the red bands that come with the leg extension - the rest is a piece of cake that won't take long to complete putting it all together. Thane did a good job with these accessories and the chair itself.
