I ordered this in L/XL, but my first order came in S/M. It was shipped in a plastic bag, kinda crumpled, when pulled out it popped into shape perfectly. It just wasn’t the right size for my husband. This was June 27th, and wanting this for July 4th. Contacted customer care through amazon. They really were so awesome! I didn’t really wish to return because it is a nice product that I could give to a friend, and too much trouble. Amazon assured me that my next order would be correct size and arrive on time. Ordered that night and it came in by July 2nd. This time in a nice box, and correct size. Very happy with the hat! Fits perfect and is very nicely made! Would definitely purchase again! Good hat for parade
This hat isn't made out of the best fabric, almost like paper, but it worked great for the parade. Very nicely shaped and received it in good condition. Worth the money.
