Slightly disappionted...
What I'm about to say, has nothing to do with the quality of the the product. I have purchased other products in the past (Shilajit Resin). It has more to do with the presentation and condition of the packaging recieved. On June 2, 2025, place an order for the following "Alizenol" (at least that's the name used in the online advertising). Instead a package labeled "Lion's Mane" was shipped, delivered on June 9, 2025. Was this a mistake or was it rebranded as "Lion's Mane"? Because the ingredients on both labels are exactly the same. In addition, the phyical appearance, mainly the shrinkwrap on the box itself did not appear to be the same standard shrinkwarp that most packages useful come with. The wrap was a heavier guage and heat sealed. I probably would have let this go by the waveside until I opened the box, and notice the protective seal on the cap did not cover the outside of the bottle. I twisted the cap off, fortunately the inner seal was intact (that's a plus). I have yet to open the inner seal to begin using the product. What is the resolution for this issue?
