After struggling for months and trying numerous pharmaceuticals in search of sleep, I discovered this while searching for naturopathic remedies. It was expensive, but got excellent reviews, and at this point I was willing to pay (almost) anything! Best. Decision. Ever. The very first night, I drifted off to sleep and stayed asleep for seven hours. Three nights now, and the same results-a solid 9 hours last night. 😊 No morning grogginess, just rested and ready for the day. I never want to be without this!

So I had to take the time to write this review, because buying this product along with imnocitol has made a huge difference in my daughters life. My 16 year old has suffered from depression the last three years, this year has been difficult, a friend took his life and she because severely depressed. I took her to the doctor who put her on anti-depressants (Zoloft to be exact) she became highly suicidal and three weeks ago she took a bottle of pills. 5 days in the hospital and this was the scariest situation I have been in. My daughter swears that the mediation affected her mind set!! I bright her home, she was going to counseling but we decided to take her off any RX. Someone recommended this product to me. I looked it up and decided to give it a shot. I give her one pill in the morning and one imnocirol at night. We are entering week 3 and OMG!! My daughter is a completely different child. She is happier, less stressed, she is sleeping 8 hours, she is focused and slowly getting back to her normal self. She says these pills have really made a difference. If I would have known anti-depressants made my daughter highly suicidal I would never have given them to her. I thank God for this product because I see the difference. Amazing results with my inability to sleep. Shuts my brain down so I can fall asleep quickly with no unwanted side effects. Highly recommend.

I call it my "Angel on the shoulder" supplement. It's made my ocd calm down a little bit. Ultimately it feels like a weighted blanket for my mind. The only reason I docked a star is it makes me sleepy. But maybe I should take it in the evening versus the morning.

I am using it right now for 2 weeks. I noticed that I feel so relaxed all the time, it makes me positive and my mood becomes good at all times. My anxiety reduced notably, my sleep is getting better. Because it helps to produce a serotonin then it will help to reduce Both OCD and stress level as well. Great supplement, I love this product.

Really helps calm my mind when it’s working overtime, so I can go to sleep. Great product!

The good thing about this product is it’s not difficult for swallowing and it doesn’t have a weird taste that upsets stomach. However, the first two days I didn’t realize any thing bad about it, I think it helped a little with calming effect. Then the next few days I have very short time of sleeping and it was not something I experienced ever. Nothing changed in my daily routine except adding this product during this period of time. My usual 12 hrs sleep split into three pieces of 2-3 hrs sleep. I still wasn’t sure if it was caused by this supplement, so I did testing that only stop this supplement to see if my sleep went back to normal. The second day I stopped taking it, my sleep went normal again. I decided to purchase this even I read reviews about it might made anxiety worse, but I gave it a try cuz I have positive experience about every ingredient in this bottle before. But it ended up being useless for me. I’m trying another one from this brand to see if it works better.
