Does this have aluminum?

Yes there is lots of aluminum in this!  Alcloxa is a trade name for what is properly known as 3-chloro(hydroxy)alumanyl-1-(2,5-dioxoimidazolidin-4-yl)urea; aluminium hydroxide.  Google alcloxa  then work it out from the chemistry and molecular weights or just take my word for it.  It has a molecular weight of  about 318 grams/mol and aluminum has a molecular weight of 29 so since there are two molecules of aluminum in every alcloxa molecule you are looking at about a 18% concentration by weight of aluminum in the third ingredient of this cosmetic.  So lets be clear, the third ingredient is an organic (meaning carbon containing not USDA-organic) salt.   Alcloxa is the third ingredient (behind aloe vera gel and water (with lots of parenthesized extracts dumped in parenthesis under water).

BTW it's interesting to note that the "tea" late in the ingredient list is not the tea you drink but Triethanolamine which might not be very good for you,  so it's banned in  Europe.  Of course we all know that the US FDA always puts the public first and would never allow anything harmful in our cosmetics or drugs.  The seller could not even have the integrity to list it as "TEA " heaven forfend they actually empowered the consumers with information by listing the chemical name Triethanolamine

I did not find an expiration date on this item?  Has anyone been able to locate one?

All the bottles of this product that I have ever purchased have a "best by" date stamped on them... it is stamped directly below the "Lot Number"... you will have to turn the bottle sideways to read it clearly... but it is there!

Is this product Alvera decoders t aluminum free?

Yes, it is aluminum-free. I have used it for years. Works better than other non-aluminum deodorants. nice smell and mild but totally effective and safe.

Have they discontinued? They have been out of stock longer than a month now with no updates. I believe they only sell this through Amazon.

It appears that the Alvera deodorant has been updated and the container changed.. it's not discontinued.
