I have had various fans over the years, but this is the one to beat for me. Being a menopausal woman with the added bonus of sensory issues, I hate feeling hot but also really dislike being blasted with a narrow stream of cold air. This has options to adjust both the vertical and horizontal oscillation so that I can get the cooling just right. On really hot nights having it set at a narrower angle is great, as once I am lying in bed I'm not bothered about cooling the room, just keeping my body cool enough to sleep under a sheet, but without a constant blast of air in the same spot driving me crazy. Equally having the oscillation too wide would mean that I would be sweating waiting for the fan to come round again, I could never win haha! . The Alexa integration also works well, enabling me to control the speed and power options via voice activation, which is great if you want to do it at 3am without fumbling for a phone or the remote. Nice wide arc of air too, don't buy the smaller 7inch version it's not worth it, spend a little extra for this in my opinion if you can afford it. It's also a good height, we have it placed at the foot of our bed which sits quite high, and used at the max adjustable height it's able to reach over perfectly. Lovely and quiet at lowest levels, with no noticable humming or motor noise either, just the sounds of the blades whirring quietly, a nice gentle white noise. This might all sound pernickety but if you have any type of sensory issues regarding sounds and temperature, this really is a great fan to help overcome this.

Although this is slightly more expensive than traditional pedestal fans, this has to be the best fan I've ever owned. The technology in this makes the air come out much cooler than cheap fans, that just blow the hot air around the room. It has kept me cool in the hot summer months, and I have a VERY hot loft room. Not only that, but it is super silent! Up to level 6, you can barely hear it! The remote is great and easy to use, and also the fact that you can oscillate the fan horizontally and even vertically, it can really cool the entire room at all angles, and not just a straight line directed air flow. This also comes with a Bluetooth-enabled app that you can use to control the fan, which is an excellent touch, although I just simply use the remote more often. Highly recommended!!

We bought this fan as things started to warm up, we looked at the shark alternative which is more expensive, which a friend recently showed us when we visited. The shark device was great however the rotation was limited. This device has 120c and 90c movement, and can do both at the same time which is great. It can start on setting 1 and go up to speed 8, which a turbo setting as well. The 1/2 compares to a normal house fan, the plastic ones you get. The 8/Turbo is very powerful. Great to get some air circulation in the house. It has a very simple app that lets you control everything. It comes with a remote that clips on and again quite simple to use. I connected this to my Alexa, and simply say turn on the air ciruclalitor and it runs straight away. It also allows me to change the speed, i.e if I say change the speed to 8 it changes the speed. The product has good weight, which means it's sturdy but can be moved, it means a child or animal is unlikely to knock it over due to the weight base plate(made of metal). Good bedroom fan to keep the air moving, I have a couple of complaints about Dreo fans (although it doesn’t affect the use of the actual fan), is that it does look very plasticky, as other reviewers have said on other Dreo fans, i think because the plastic is glossy it makes it look worse, if they had used a matte finish it would have looked much better. Also, the plug is huge, so it’s not easily hidden and sticks out like a sore thumb, you wont be able to plug this in behind a unit or couch etc as it sticks out 4 inches from the wall. The good is that even on low power number 1 it’s quiet, when you get up to speed 8 it is loud but very powerful, more powerful than my Dyson in the living room. Phone connection is easy and so are the controls, you have 3 options to use the phone, remote control, or controls on the actual shroud of the fan.

I can’t say enough good things about this DREO fan! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed. The setup was incredibly easy – just a few simple steps and it was ready to go. Al inicio estaba dudoso de comprar un ventilador de $3,000, pero leyendo tanto comentario positivo me animé, y vaya que tenían razón, es un producto increíble. - El diseño es minimalista y elegante. Hay algunas cosas que lo podrían hacer mejor, como memoria para guardar diferentes posiciones verticales y horizontales o elegir en dónde inicia el ángulo de apertura, ya que solo deja escoger iniciando desde el punto medio. No le quito las 5 estrellas porque al final son funciones adicionales y todo lo que sí promete lo cumple de manera excepcional. Te sugiero revisar bien qué funciones y capacidades tiene, y si es lo que necesitas, no te vas a arrepentir de comprar un ventilador tan caro.

Very good - I am impressed with the low noise this fan makes. The app is well designed, easy to setup and use. The fact that the fan has 8 different speeds means you find one speed that suits you best... its very easy to find your sweet spot fan speed vs distance to the fan vs noise of the airflow. Noise is very very very low until the 2nd speed and very very low until the 4th speed... 5th speed very low. The horizontal oscilation is incredibly usefull specially the 30 degrees angle. The vertical oscillation is not as usefull for my use but still good to have it. Improvement: a longer electric cable could be necessary to some users and slighly more steady horizontal oscillation motor articulation. Great product definitely the best fan I have ever owned.

I was long overdue for a new fan for the bedroom and let me tell you this one does not disappoint! This thing is on the lower side of noise, the quality is great it seems very durable for a fan and light enough to move around. Fantastic value. This fan pushes air like crazy, and can rotate pretty much every direction. The app also works great!
