These are the perfect level of resistance for me. They were a great price, easy to put together, and very pretty. I am getting compliments on how pretty they are. The compressed styrofoam also doesn’t shed pieces in the pool - a big plus. I love the straps on the handles. They help me keep a hold on them while exercising, plus I can slip my foot in them and do my leg exercises. Great product. I would recommend.

I love these water weights. They make my arms, nice and tone and you get a great workout for the price.

I’m new to using aquatic exercise equipment, and these Sportneer Water Weights have been a fantastic introduction. They’re lightweight out of the water but provide excellent resistance once submerged, making them perfect for strength training in the pool without feeling overwhelming. I also really appreciate how comfortable they are to hold—no slipping, no awkward grip, and they don’t dig into my hands during longer workouts. As someone just starting with pool exercises, I was nervous about whether I’d actually use them regularly, but these have made my sessions enjoyable and effective. I’ve enjoyed using these in the pool for light exercising. They’ve held up well to sun and pool chemicals. I’m impressed with the quality of the materials and construction. After a year of use they still look like new. Comfortable to wear and hold in the water. The resistance in the water offers an easy to moderate exercise result.

Very good product

You have to assemble these water weights. I guess I should have read the description better when I purchased these. I was not prepared to have to put them together. Many of my friends in my water aerobics class have ordered these type of weights from Amazon and all of their weights have come assembled. As I reread the description of the product, they indicate that they are easy to put together and easy to transport from one place to the other because they come apart so it’s my fault I didn’t completely read the description of the product. But on the other hand, I would’ve had to read pretty far down in the description to see that they are not together when the purchaser receives them. I am a person with the arthritic hands, and I am not very strong to begin with. So far I have half assembled one of the weights. I will eventually get them both assembled and I want to use them and so I am keeping them. I will have to get someone to help me assemble them all the way . If I had to order again, I would make sure that I ordered weights that came already assembled. No they are not that easy to put together. And I’m betting they’re not that easy to take apart either as advertised in the description of the product. I’m giving them four stars because I’m sure they work just fine once they’re in the water.

These are great water weights for water aerobics, the water does not repel water which makes them dry faster. I did not think I would like the strap but it is actually helpful

Simple and easy to put together and use. The insert in the package shows you exactly how to use the foam dumbbells in the water. They are not really “weights”, as you use them for resistance exercises in the pool. They are fun and functional. Definitely worth it. After your workout, leave them standing on one end to let any water run out.
