Personally I have observed a good change after using this paste, helped with my sensitivity, I can't tolerate a single sip of cool water before but after consistent use, now I can handle a bottle of cool water.

⭐ 1/5 – Not satisfied I’m very disappointed with this toothpaste. After using it, my teeth and gums became noticeably sensitive. I also developed small bumps throughout my mouth, which seemed like an allergic reaction or irritation. I stopped using it completely within 4 days because of these symptoms and am currently taking medication for the reaction. I would not recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive teeth or gums.
