Florida rainstorms can be fierce, but these Sekcen splash blocks are up to the task. I placed them under our motorhome’s gutter spouts and around the resort patio, and they’ve kept the runoff neatly directed—no more messy puddles or soil erosion. The rubber is flexible yet sturdy, and the gray color blends in nicely with our outdoor setup. They stay put even in heavy rain and are easy to reposition if needed. A simple, effective solution that adds a touch of order to stormy days.

Decided to give these a try since the PVC or vinyl splash blocks get brittle from UV and crack lasting about 1 season. These are made of rubber. They are also heavy and the wind cant blow them around. They do not appear to be affected by the harsh sunlight either. They are more expensive but are worth it.

Stays in place, fits perfect, work well to direction water away from spout. We have oversized gutters and these handle the heavy down spout rain water easily! Keeps the water from eroding a hole in the yard and directs the water where you’d like. So far so good. Takes the Texas heat and tropical storm gusts without any changes to the splash blockers position or color of dark brown.

Attractive and light, easy to maneuver into place. Only thing I had not taken into account is that as a rubber product, it is pretty flexible, not rigid plastic. So if there is some variation in the surface where it is being placed, expect it to conform, it can even be slightly twisted. I would’ve rather it be inflexible but it’s getting the job done.

These splash blocks work great, heavy and flexible. I used sand to level them, doing good in the southern heat.
