These dip station bars are very sturdy and built. The heavy duty steel frame feels solid and stable.i really like the adjustable height options, which make them suitable for different workouts and users. The foam grips are comfortable and non-slip, and the rubber feet keep everything secure on the floor. All the parts are included. It’s easy to installed. I also have a pull-up bar station from RELIFE, and the quality is just as good. My son enjoys using both the dip bars and the pull-up station, which makes working out at home more fun and motivating for him.

Very sturdy, quality material with thick rigged tubing . The higher you set it though it’s a little worrying for my stability. Good for 6’ 210lbs, handlebar set at half height is very stable, must bend knees if you want full body weight dips.

This is really rather junky and mine came damaged but not bad enough for the hassle of replacing it. My wife had major back surgery, and the PT wants her to do some sorts of knee dips using the bars to stabilize her. It works for my wifes needs but I would not bet my full weight (66 kg) on it. Update Aug 24 2025: For a small footprint, this unit offers a lot of options for uses. The unit a rather wobbly but I joined the open feet (1 1/4 pvc pipe with electrical tape to shim it) and I added a stabilizer cross bar at the far bend with 1 1/4 pipe clamps and a piece of oak cut to 1x1 inch. This unit is now rock solid. It probably is a 3.5 * now. I think they should sell (even if as an accessory) a stabilizer bar.

This is a quality product that is well worth the price. It is well made and easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and came with the necessary hardware. I use my stand for dips and inverted rows. The bars are stable enough to not need the included middle connection bar, but its there if you want or need it. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I have had this for about 3 months now and this is very sturdy and durable. I weigh 250lbs and it held up just fine in my home gym. When it first arrived it was on a few parts but it was real easy to put together. There were no missing parts when it arrived. I like the bar hight as I am 6ft and you can tell by the pictures that once you adjust it to the maximum height, you will be just fine if you are doing dips. If you are putting your whole weight on the bars it will still be stable and not tip over or break. The adjustability is great as well as it goes from low to high so you can be very versatile with this at home. I especially enjoy the soft grips at the top of the bar so I don’t tear my hands up.

Very sturdy for an at home dip bar, by far best one I've ever had. Quick and easy to setup or store if you need it out of the way. Can't think of any improvements honestly and super comfortable on hands/wrists. Would recommend

They do the job but even with all the “stability” intended for this piece of equipment, it’s rocky and not as stable as I think it should be, but it gets the job done

It took me about 30 minutes to put together. It’s mostly just screws and the instructions were easy to understand, so the assembly process was straightforward. The quality feels really solid. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to tip or wobble when using it. I’m around 300 lbs and it supports me without any issues, which was important to me when choosing a dip station. This has been a great addition to my at-home gym and I’m really happy with it.

Awesome little workout equipment that I had been lokking for.

I bought these thinking as they were more expensive, they'd be better quality. They aren't stable. Not really safe to use.

How can I get a replacement part? I lost one of the spring loaded locking mechanisms. The unit is excellent...my fault.
