I love Nello, but the price is crazy expensive! The taste is great & I drink it almost every night. I do think that it help some nights with my quality of sleep, but I feel the best thing that it does is help relax before bed. If you are trying to find something that will work as melatonin, this is not that product.

Helps with sleep and mood , and really enjoy the flavor. Does make me tired so I only take before bedtime.

It's a bit on the sweet side but it works well and quickly.

I ordered the Nello Supercalm because the product I usually order from Nectar was not available on Amazon and I ran out. Overall very similar product- similar ingredients-the Supercalm has more Aswaganda- and more calories (10), and is a lot sweeter. For me it is too sweet. It also does not dissolve well in cold water. I went back to my old product- because of the sweetness.

I can't say enough good things about Nello. It helps me calm down, and rest. It mixes easily with water and doesn't have a gritty texture. Love the clean ingredients and how it makes me feel. 10/10 recommend
