This bike is well-crafted and worthy of its price. Assembly was quite easy to complete where you would only have to attach the handlebar and its related accessories the front wheel, pedals, and the seat. however, a second person may be required as there would be some minute adjustments to be done which would not be easy to tackle alone. This bike has a range of around 40km at pedal assist option 3 (and a bit of throttling) which I have personally tested, and the gears and the assist options may be used in conjunction to give the perfect acceleration and pedaling comfort even while on sloping gradients. The suspension is satisfactory on off-road surfaces but not the best as the back wheel lacks it however, is perfect for a generally commuting person. Mudguards are not provided in the box so definitely buy it to avoid splashes on the back and on your legs. overall, this is a good bang-for-the-buck product and since it's an Indian produce, it has great quality and is 100% trustable.

I regret buying this cycle every single day. Every single component has worn out in less than one year and just about 1500 km including motor, brake callipers, battery, and even the handle bar and shock absorbers are in terrible state. I had to give it for full service 3 times in last one year and still no luck. Now in about 1 year 2 months, they are asking me to replace the motor. Just to be clear, I haven’t taken it out for off-roading and has never been in any accident. This is the condition with one year of normal everyday usage of about 5km a day. Battery doesn’t last more than 15-18 kms. Battery capacity naturally degrades over time, but this is almost half, too much, too soon. Worst purchase ever. I recommend not to buy. I’ve never been satisfied with the cycle from day 1. Unfortunately, I bought it online from Amazon, so I couldn’t get any service centre support as well. I tried contacting emotorad several times in between. They make a video call and say you will have to get a,b,c etc things replaced and unfortunately none is covered under warranty. So pay amount x,y,z and enjoy your ride. Such pathetic support, I must say.

There's only one word I'll use to describe the emotorad trex air: AWESOME! The cycle is an eye turner. The yellow colour really stands out and looks really good. I was deciding between the trex pro and trex air, but finally decided on the trex air because the frame shape looked better for me on this one. Real world range on throttle only is about 30-35KM on normal use. With pedal assist, you should be able to get about 45-50KM. The cycle is a bit on the heavier side, so pedalling without motor assist is a bit difficult on slight slopes, so make sure your battery is charged. It is pretty easy to beat traffic, since even in the most difficult of traffic, you could pick it up on to the sidewalks and activate walking mode. Pros: Looks! Really, this looks awesome and has good road presence. Ride quality: Though it lacks a rear suspension, the ride quality is pretty good and the front suspension absorbs most of the potholes and bumps on the road. Along with the 29" tyres, the ride feels pretty smooth. Motor: It works like a champ once it picks up pace. Battery: Lasts good enough. Though the charging time of about 4 hours could have been better. A few of the cons I found: The motor feels mushy sometimes. It takes a bit of time to respond, especially if the battery is below 50. But once it comes up, it feels like a breeze! Some random sounds which I haven't been able to trace back to any particular point. The seat is a bit on the hard side. Paint finising in some areas could be better The brake assembly had some rubbing issues even with adjusting it all the way to the end of the adjustment bolts. I had to add some extra washers to get it into the correct place. The stand is not that good. The cycle can easily fall with slight movement on the provided stand. The horn could have been a bit louder. Lack of extra details about tuning the brake, gear, etc in the manual or the installation videos. Now not really a con of this cycle, but the emotorad fender is not really useful for this cycle.

Color of cycle Frame is quite attractive and sturdy, you feel it premium. 2. Range : Everybody want to know about range, range is 45kms if you use cruise mode. 3. Cruise mode: I love using cruise control on this cycle. You don't have to pull the accelerator all the time, this boon for any cyclist. 4. Charging: Charger gives you green light indication when cycle is fully charged. 5. Gears and disk brakes: Gears are branded and disk brakes won't disappoint you. 6. Accessories: There is one (light) only but you have an option to install carrier and two water bottle holder at front. 7. Light: I found light is average, not too bright not too dull. But you can install another on handle bar.\\ 8. Battery : Battery backup is constant till date. It is removable battery so no worry for apartment owners. Cons : 1. Charging takes 5 hours from 0 to 100, you can't see exact percentage of battery. You have to rely on Kilometers you rode. 2. accessories: Emotorad could give atleast proper mudguard. 3. Seat: Seat feels uncomfortable for long rides ie. 20kms for 1 go. You can buy big seat and gel cover for better Cushioning. 4. Tyres. Tyre size is 29inches which elevate your position but i Expected tubeless in this price. (They are tube tyres)

T-Rex Air I have been searching for a good ebike for my daily commute. Found this one at fair price point with great features. Assembly - just did it DIY Battery - Initial charging took nearly 4 hours. Subsequent charging FORM 0-100 took around 7-8 hours. Range - I have been getting 38 km on a single charge on Pedal Assist Mode 5. Built quality - Built is very good. Finishing of the colours is awesome. Frame has lifetime warranty. When you ride it on the road you get curious looks Brakes & Gears - Gears are very smooth. Shift them only while in the run. Disc brakes are good enough to control the bike at 25 kmph also. I would recommend this ebike for daily commute. The only downside is that no mudguards are provided .
