I bought this hoping it would be better than the generic cheap ones but it's not different at all. Regardless, a good product and great value.

Each magnet has a solid pull and holds paper, photos, and lightweight items securely on whiteboards, refrigerators, and other metal surfaces without sliding. The size is small enough to be discreet but still powerful enough to handle multiple sheets of paper or small craft components. Consistency across the pack is good, with smooth edges and even strength from magnet to magnet. They’re especially useful for DIY projects, 3D printing applications, craft work, and general home or office organization. Having a large quantity in one pack makes it easy to use them across multiple projects without worrying about running out. Because these are strong for their size, sliding them apart instead of pulling straight helps prevent chipping. This particular magnets are very weak if compared to other 8x2mm, ruined whole project, waste of money. Design were for strong 8x2mm magnets and this magnets dont hold where other 8x2 does the job

It definitely is not 2mm thick, makes it useless now.

I bought these magnets to make custom refrigerator magnets by gluing them to wood and plastic pieces. They've worked very well for this application. Despite their small size, they're surprisingly strong and hold securely to the refrigerator without sliding down or falling off. The magnets have bonded well using adhesive and have stayed attached to my projects without any issues. Their consistent size also makes them easy to work with when making multiple items. I've been happy enough with their performance that I'll definitely buy them again when I need more.
