Waht is the height of the element, onto wich the face sits, at the shortest part that is closest to the heat?

What is the shortest vertical length/height measurement of the large facial attachment only? My previous steamer was tall and I could gently rest my face on there to NEARLY completely seal the steam, saving on aroma oil usage. I would use it for 15-30 min. If you can't give me reasonable measurements, can you offer 100% refund with no post-back charges if not fit for the purpose, please?

Can you use vinegar to clean the water tray from limescale?

Possibly, or just a little bit of lime scale remover. I’m lucky, I have soft water where I live, so it’s not something I’m likely to have to do. Good luck, I’m sure it will be fine.

Is the pot inside steel?

The pot for the water is metal there is a measuring cup to fill it you can put essensial oil in or i put a drop of cider viniger for my sinuises plus the water i turn it on while im doing something by the time the dishes are washed its ready .
