It really helps blood flow. Helps with mood as well. Overall a great supplement.

It improved my focus!
The dosage that is recommended for this supplement is 2 tablets. I took that dose the first time and it seemed too intense for me. The next day I took one tablet instead. That was much better. I actually bought it for my husband, however I will be using it for myself as well. He takes two with no negative effects. I do know that it has a very good effect on him. I can tell the difference. The pill size is not very big, which I appreciate because I dislike taking pills that are too large. I did not notice any taste. I have to say that my focus was sharper after taking BloodFlow-7. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because it was too strong at two tablets for me. Otherwise it is a great addition to my daily supplements. I plan on ordering it again soon. The ingredients make it a good value for money.

Highly recommend
You can feel a vast increase in energy, focus, and oxidation within the first couple of days. Drastic difference without any crash and consistent energy all day long. Highly recommended for people who do not like to take nitric oxide with arginine for other health reasons. I will defiantly keep buying this on a monthly bases.

been taking these for a few days, I was taking them every morning, but I feel they were making me tired during the day. I wasn't taking anything else at the time, so I figured it had to be these so now I take them at night before I go to bed. I am not sure if they are really helping me though,
