Very good smelling and cleaning stuff
I love the smell and the way it makes your skin feel clean I would definitely recommend buying it again and again love it

Great poduct! Good quality and amount for price.
I like YES products. Always find them to be gentle and good quality. Purchased the coffee coconut face cleanser stick for $6. Great size, will for last awhile. Nice coconut sent and gently moisturizing for face cleanser. Wonderful exfoliating feel when applying and suds well. Washes off easily. The trick to face cleansing sticks is to just dampen face with cloth or sponges then apply. You do not want to get stick excessively damp or wet. I use at the sink, not in the shower. Also, just roll the stick up enough to apply a layer to your face. No need to expose more of it than enough for one application. Should spread thin and evenly. It is a high quality stick. Others reviewers have written that they received sticks that stink and are mushy. Something is wrong if this is the case. Request a replacement.

Great Cleanser; Awkward Application Method
One of my top priorities when purchasing toiletries and cosmetics is that they not be tested on animals. Many cruelty-free brands are too far out of my budget range to be viable options, but I've found the Yes To product line to be comparatively reasonably priced and quite adequate for my needs. I found this face cleanser to be terrific, but for the "rub-on-stick" application method. I love the way it smells, and it seems to do an excellent job of cleaning my skin (both face and body). However, I do not care for the stick; when the product is rubbed down too far, the edges of the container scrape on my skin. Also, the soap becomes soft (good) and ends up coating the outside of the application container, particularly in the area where the cap screws on (not so good). I end up spending a lot of time rinsing the container, trying to get all the soap off of it, which wastes time and soap. Yes, I realize the soap isn't hurting anything when it's on the container. But my desire for tidiness is at odds with practicality in this instance. I do highly recommend the soap itself. I would just recommend that if you are like me, and you want your containers to be clean and tidy on the outside, you pass on this one. I haven't tried the other Yes To facial cleansers that come in alternate formats; I'm hoping I will find one that is as good as this one but comes with a pump or tube dispenser.

Moderately Effective. Original version = best.
Product has changed. During the time when this product was in the previously rectangular packaging , it was so very effective and had no odor. This has an unfavorable odor to it, which you can't escape since it's on your face. It's also a lot thinner than the previous stick before packaging changed to this round version. I leave it on for a minute and then wash it off. It still is effective, just not as much. I use it in a circular motion to maximize coverage or else it's too thin. Unsure what has changed with the ingredients, but the previous/original was better. This smell though.... 👎

Brighter, hydrated skin
I’ve tried so many cleansers and exfoliants but none of them come close to this one. I have mature, combination skin that tends to break out from heavy moisturizers. This stick leaves my skin feeling completely clean with no residue. It provides just the right amount of hydration so that my face doesn’t become an oil slick or break out. It sloughs always the dry skin I tend to get around my nose. Overall, my skin looks brighter, firmer and fresher with each use (2xs a day). Other pros: - you need minimal product so it lasts a long time - travels well; no spilling or leaking or need for duel items since this is a 2 in 1 - smells amazing if you like coffee

Ugh. Say NO to "Yes To"
Pros: Does clean my skin as a first, (face) makeup-removing step before I go in with cleanser. gently exfoliates, the smell is nice but not overwhelming. Cons: Cleansing(?)-burning-stuck properties. This is so conflicting. This doesn't clean entirely, yet it's also difficult to remove from my skin. It cannot get rid of eye makeup smudges, which I suppose is just as well because it also seems to burn a little on my undereye area. It seems sufficient at starting to remove base makeup. I suppose for all of this, because I need a second cleanser after this, it's not that big of a deal that it's difficult to remove from my skin. But holy entropy what a confused set of properties to have as a cleanser. Packaging. Oh my goodness where to begin. While it seems like the packaging would make this pretty compact and therefore travel-friendly, it also makes this product really awkward and inconvenient in pretty much every way. And, because I feel weird about closing up a product with moisture on its surface, it's really not travel-friendly for me afterall. Its compactness is completely lost on me because again, I don't feel comfortable about capping this while it's still wet, so I leave it uncapped to dry. Ideally I'd cap it after it dries, but frankly I'm not going back and capping this sad little thing. Ain't no one got time for another step to take care of the skincare that's supposed to take care of them. So it basically lives uncapped. And for that, here are the shower options: live in the shower uncapped, as practically far from water as is possible within a shower; or bring into the shower to use, then take out of the shower when finished. Size. The awkward giant size makes for awkward application. It's difficult to get on the smaller places of my face (between my eyebrows, the sides of my nose, for example). So I used my fingers to rub it around, nbd. But If I needed more, then my hands were also slippery, and I had to have an odd gorilla-like dexterity to hang onto this stick. I recently gave up on the stick format entirely, and just mashed it into a tin. (The tin for far superior The Body Shop's Chamomile cleaning balm to be exact.) It's still awkward because the consistency isn't conducive to using it like a balm that you'd find in a tin, but I can manage to use the rest of it this way. There is absolutely no way I would ever use this as a one-step or last-cleanser product. And if you couldn't tell, I would never purchase this entropy stick ever again. Not even for the $3.24 I paid the first/last time. Edit: I gave up on this product, and went on to just make my own, simple balm cleanser. I thought I'd try to use my mashed-up version of this cleanser, by melting it and blending it with some of my cleanser ingredients. I tried to heat it up on low-power in short intervals in the microwave, just like I make my balm cleanser, but this cleanser violently exploded, and smelled like an fume-ridden chemical fire. My microwaved smelled worse than a first year university chemistry lab. :) Now chemicals aren't inherently bad. Yes To's use of chemical-fear marketing and trending ingredients is a hilarious joke in the face of better-researched skincare. Just say no.

I use this once a week or once every 2 weeks depending my memory! but it’s amazing, I usually put it on when i’m getting breakouts and the next 2 days after they’ve considerably calmed down. It makes your skin so soft and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin! i rub the stick on a wet face and let it build up then dampen my hands and massage it in to a lather before washing off and it’s done wonders for me! i’ve had it for so long and i haven’t even made a dent in it! amazing product and value

I have sensitive combination skin. It easily gets too oily, but if I dry it out too much or exfoliate too harshly, it becomes very painful. This product is perfect for me. It smells fantastic - like real coconut and coffee. Not an artificial smell at all. It exfoliates well, I find it really gets all of the excess oil and dead skin off of my face without drying me out, and I love how simple it is to use. Plus, I find it really helps with my acne. Occasionally I will breakout on my shoulders or chest, and this product works just as well in those places to help clear everything up. Will purchase again and again. Even my boyfriend, who has been blessed with blemish-free skin, uses this product just because it smells so great and makes his skin feel soft.

This stuff smells heckin fantastic! I wasn’t sure I’d like the stick, but it’s actually pretty great. Only need a little bit on your face and it foams up nicely. Really good at taking off makeup! It’s been -40C here for a while and my skin hated me, but this has helped A LOT Looooove it! So nice to have a great cruelty free product
