I've used mine for a couple weeks pretty much daily. I can't comment on longevity (yet) but I really like it! I'd started using tretinoin and needed something gentler than my exfoliating scrub. This helps my skin feel smooth (even if it's flaking a bit from the tretinoin) but is really gentle. Hanging it isn't a big deal though it definitely takes all day to dry out. I don't use it WITH my cleanser, instead I use my cleanser, rinse and then go over my face with the konjac as a second step since I don't like the thought of cleanser staying in the sponge.

I love this sponge! She may be small, but she packs a lot of punch, the first time I used it, it literally felt like I had a brand new face. My skin was so soft, and so smooth! I think I found a new product that will stay in my routine for years to come!!!

When I heard of these sponges, I was intrigued to try them out because I have never heard of a concept like this! These charcoal infused sponges are a great way to gently exfoliate your skin. I like that it comes in a 5 pack so that you can switch them out as you need to. It took about 3 minutes for my sponge to fully dissolve in the water, and the difference is insane! When you first touch the sponge, it’s like a rock, so I was hesitant on whether I should put it on my skin. However, once dissolved in water, the sponge expands and softens. It felt very gentle on my skin compared to other exfoliating products I have tried. I think this is a great use for people who want a soft exfoliation, but if you are looking for a more intense exfoliation, you could probably use this sponge on top of that. The sponges do take a while to completely dry, mine took a day. Other than that, these sponges are great! I’m excited to keep using them!

This is an interesting product. Cleansing with this sponge is nice in terms of it being gentle and it’s more exfoliation than I’d get with just my hands. But whatever cleanser I use, it fails to sud up on the face. Instead, it suds up through my fingers in the opposite direction of my face. This is the case whether I put the cleanser on the sponge or on my face. I’ve also tried washing my face with cleanser first then using the sponge to just rub in more and exfoliate. Now one might argue that suds are overrated. Maybe, but it’s hard to feel like I’m actually cleansing if only my hand is covered in lather. I haven’t tried it with cream cleansers. The product comes with five sponges so I’ll probably give a couple away and will use the rest. They last a good while - a month plus in, I’m still on the same sponge. (I usually use it once a day and sometimes, twice a day.) I used a sticky hook that I put up on the bathroom mirror to hang to dry after being completely squeezed out. (No matter how much I wash it, it feels a little soapy but I’m guessing that’s my softened water.) Over 24 hours it’s completely dry and back to being solid. Overall, I’m not sure I see any huge benefit but it certainly hasn’t caused any harm. So … 3-stars, it is.

My fiancé and I used the sponge for a week straight and here’s what I noticed: 1. I wear makeup on a daily basis so skin care is a must! I loved the fact that I didn’t have to use any of my exfoliating face products everyday because the sponge naturally exfoliates; less product used more money saved!! 2. The box mentions that you only need half the amount of cleansing products you typically use; however, I noticed that I needed more cleanser than normal for my face but I think that may be due to the charcoal on the sponge vs the ingredients in my products. No big deal! 3. I am a very big fan of using the sponge for the body!! Especially if you have any uneven/dark spots. I use a brightening soap to lighten those areas and noticed an immediate difference when I combined the soap and the sponge. I was honestly shocked and think I prefer the sponge for my body vs my face. Overall, I think it’s a great product especially for the price! One sponge can last up to 2 months so that’s perfect for daily use and it’s natural so you don’t feel like you’re putting any mystery chemicals on your face. This is great for MEN who’d like to keep up with a simple & minimalistic routine, you really don’t even need to add soap. My fiancé has used the sponge without soap and says that it still gets bubbly on its own. He loves it. Perfect for traveling, they can literally fit in the palm of your hand and can be used in the go. 10/10 recommend

These sponges are too small and awkward to use. They're very hard and don't soften easily either. The odd shape makes it difficult to hold them and clean your face without accidentally scratching yourself.

Fantastic product and size. Much larger than others and great quality. Rich lather. Great value for price. Just disappointed as advertising said 6 pack but the box itself says 5 pack which is a bit displeasing but overall fantastic!
