DEVICE IS RECOGNIZED, DOESN'T FUNCTION
WINDOWS 10. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING (YOUTUBE, GOOGLE, ETC). IT JUST DOESN'T FUNCTION PROPERLY, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

Good Product
These work just fine. As previous reviewers noted, the MAC address is the same on all adapters. You can change this using a free Windows program (mac address changer). On Linux, you can use a bluez tool (btmgmt).
