Handheld Borescope

I absolutely love my Endoscope Camera with Light from SKYEAR! This handheld borescope has exceeded all of my expectations. The 4.3'' HD 1080P display provides crystal clear images, allowing me to easily inspect hard-to-reach areas. The 8 adjustable LED lights ensure that I can see clearly in any environment, and the 16.4ft semi-rigid cable gives me the flexibility to maneuver the camera wherever I need it. One of the best features of this inspection camera is its IP67 waterproof rating, allowing me to use it in wet or damp conditions without worry. The quality of this scope camera is top-notch, and I have found it to be incredibly durable and reliable. Overall, I highly recommend the SKYEAR Endoscope Camera with Light to anyone in need of a high-quality inspection camera. It has made my job so much easier and more efficient, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Five stars all the way!

This was a gift. We have used it to locate waterless in the walls and to see things down by the car engine. It's a great tool to have!

It's a pretty simple scope, nothing particularly fancy about it, but it does come with a few small tools like a magnet and a hook. The light is bright enough and it's easy to control the brightness with the handheld. The flexible neck is not overly robust, so it performs well enough when not under any extreme bending maneuvers around objects say inside a wall. It's good for if you need to see something that is a relatively straight shot say through a pipe or inside a wall without insulation. One thing I wish you were able to do with this is to be able to insert your own batteries. It is rechargeable with a USB type C connector directly into the unit. This means that in time the battery life will be all but useless unless the whole thing is taken apart and you attempt to replace the batteries (I have no idea what kind of batteries are inside the unit). So, after several years in storage, this will either be a good scope again if it can be taken apart to access the batteries or it will be junk. For now though, it's doing the job and it's a great and inexpensive scope.

I bought this endoscope camera to check on the drain issue on one of the pipes. I was able to charge it pretty fast and started putting this to work. It was already night but the light is strong and I can clearly see what is inside the pipe. The picture was taken with the white light from the probe. Screen quality is good and durable. The length is long enough to get into many places. Flexible probe wire is not too stiff and not too soft. It took me sometimes to get the orientation of the angle as the camera is 360 degree. I think this is a good addition to any home so you can check on the pipe, vent, and small places.

Awesome

I use this camera a lot when working on vehicles or doing house projects like electrical work. The camera orientation can become confusing but with practice it will make sense to you. I cannot give an opinion about battery life because most of the time I'm only using this camera for a few minutes at time. The resolution on the screen is pretty darn good considering how inexpensive this camera is. I highly recommend for anyone, especially diy'ers.

Very easy to use and very useful. I love the fact that it has an adjustable light. Sometimes when you get into really small places you need just a small amount of light to see better, so having the option to increase/reduce the amount of light is great. Also picture quality is good. I am using it for inspecting engines.

I bought this unit as I had a very deceiving bath tub blockage. Had three companies try and clear the drain all with none or minor success. I bought this camera as I wanted to see exactly what was causing the blockage. Did I find it? No! There was a right angle bend in the pipe which after much maneuvering I was able to pass but after a short distance could go no further. The issue was that the cable for the camera was too rigid and would not bend sufficiently to proceed. Then the cable would not rotate enough as the view was up or down but not forward and then not clear enough. The third company used some high end cameras, one 1/2 inch and the other 1 inch and they also could not determine what the issue was. However, the issue was resolved with the third company returning and with aggressive use of the 3/8 snake breaking loose the scale blocking the pipe. Three months of aggravation finally relived. This camera has its uses but you need to be aware of what it is you expect from it.

SHOW

Works fine, the line is a little stiff out of the box and is difficult to get a good picture if using in a drain pipe. I got fed up with looking and eventually just started using a pressure washer to clear the line instead of inspecting.

DON’T BUY!!!!! Complete false advertisement!!! 1. It does NOT RECORD NOR TAKE PICTURES 2. It does NOT have an SD card slot 3. The cable is much MUCH shorter than 50ft 4. The screen image quality is NOT 1080p. It’s absolute trash. It’s fuzzy and pixelated and wouldn’t work for anyone that needs to Inspect something - which is it’s purpose, so it’s completely useless. 5. It does not record audio These are 5 key features that they lied about this product having! Save your money. The quality is so, so bad. I wouldn’t even buy this at the dollar store. Complete fraud! Don’t buy, trust me!
