Very good quality item but a tad expensive. On the other hand, saves buying twice competitor equivalents

Good quality, but only if you keep to Gardena fittings
Good quality: but it only works reliably with other Gardena fittings. I used it with a generic tap connector, and it kept falling off. Works better with a Hozelock connector, but tends to leak.

Worth it
Seriously, you get what you pay for. Ok, it’s one of the more expensive connectors, but it does its job and it does it well , easily connected with no leaks.

Connections for hoses
It is perfect. I have changed my old connections that were leaking to these new ones. Should have done it sooner. They are much lighter and easy to take off. Perfect for arthritic hands

Ich setze seit Jahren auf den original Gardena Schlauchverbinder 1/2 Zoll und bin absolut zufrieden. Der Anschluss sitzt dicht, tropft nicht und lässt sich auch nach häufigem Einsatz leicht lösen und wieder befestigen. I didn't want to buy this but I was tired of getting water all over me every time I used my garden hose. This thing drastically reduces leakage.

Conector de manguera Gardena 13 mm (1/2 pulgadas) y 15 mm (5/8 pulgadas): conector para el inicio de la manguera, empuñaduras empotradas, fácil instalación, empaquetado (18215-20) En el tema de conectores y otros dispositivos para mangueras de riego en jardinería, solo compro marcas de reconocido prestigio, entre las que se encuentra Gardena. El mundo de las conexiones de mangueras de riego es tan variado debido a los diferentes diámetros y grosores de las mangueras que existen, así como, los diferentes tipos de enganches, que si trabajas varias marcas diferentes y poco conocidas, corres el riesgo de que lo que compres sea incompatible con lo que tienes.
