Low quality

I paid a lot of money for this. I cannot find the right size of tape for this. It takes smaller rolls than all the other brands. The inside diameter of the carboard is much smaller. I have to wind other tie tape onto the old cardboard rolls from the original purchase. I hate it. I would never again buy this. I am still searching for the right size tape........... and will probably never find it.
