We cruise a lot and I get very seasick feeling, as in I need to lay down and not move. Dizzy, nautilus, headaches. I used a prescription patch for Antarctica through the Drake Passage and it worked great but was a prescription. I continued to use those patches for other cruises and then one day decided to try an over the counter. I wanted non-drowsy and did a lot of research. Bonine was the one I settled on and it has been fantastic. No drowsiness, no feeling the slightest bit off even after some wine! I can even travel backwards and it doesn’t bother where without, traveling backwards on a train, metro, ship bed would cause dizziness and headaches. Love this product!

This product has been a lifesaver. I love to go on cruises. Other products I have used before did not help me well with seasickness or made me too sleepy. I took one of these tablets every morning of my cruise. They did not make me sleepy, and I didn’t feel any sea sickness at all. My puppy also takes it when we are on a road trip. Before this medicine, nothing I tried would prevent him from getting carsick and vomiting. My vet recommended this for my dog, and it has really made a difference.

Worked much better than dramamine, non-drowsy.

When I first started deep sea fishing, I brough Dramamine to combat seasickness. Well even the non-drowsy formula made me drowsy and sluggish. The Deckhands and Captain all laughed at me and said why would I take that stuff. The said the only thing they take or suggest is Bonine, it's 1 pill for 12-24 hours and the size of a baby aspirin. Non-drowsy and highly effective even on a 24 ft fishing boat experiencing 5 ft swells. The only seasick pill they sell at the fishing docks and for good reason.

I am someone who is unable to take Dramamine, due to it making me feel drowsy. This is a wonderful alternative! I took two pills every morning on my cruise and had no seasickness. I also take two pills prior to any car ride that is longer than 30 minutes to prevent motion sickness. They are chewable, but they are small enough to swallow with water.

I’ve been using when traveling, works great!

I used to take Dramamine. It made me pretty groggy. I now use Bonine for motion sickness. I take this about 30 minutes before any type of movement/motion I know that's prone to make me sick and it does the trick. This medication does well at not causing grogginess, tastes decent, & is at an affordable price point. I definitely recommend this product.

I get seasick, and the patch doesn't agree with me. My doctor suggested these. Be warned...they are not non drowsy, but less drowsy than the other medications. I took it at night, and started it 2 days before the cruise so the meds were already working and I slept through the initial drowsiness. I only needed one dose that I took every night , but we had a couple of rough nights at sea, so I doubled the dose those nights and I had no problems. It made my cruise stress free and so much nicer not worrying about getting sick! You have to take them before you start traveling, at least one hour before. If you're already sick, these won't help. It's important to take them EVERY DAY you travel. I recommend these.
