What is the differnce between this and 5010-00, they are both listed for Fender Strat?

The 42mm flat bottom nut is narrower (this dimension is listed as length) compared to the 5010-00 which is 1.764" or 44.81mm. The 42mm or 1.65" is intended to fit import Fender and Squier models and is made of standard Tusq material whereas the 5010-00 is made of TusqXL which is teflon impregnated and permanently lubricated thus the higher price. Keep in mind, they tend make them a little long so you can sand the ends flush with your fingerboard.

Will this fit 7.25 radius necks?

My opinion is no. I think I used this on a 12" radius strat neck. Check the graphtech website. It will give you a better idea which one will fit. I don't know if they make 7.5" radius nut for strats/teles. You may have to try a 9.5" radius one and sand the bottom to the radius of your fretboard. I have put graphtech nuts on all of my fender guitars. It is an upgrade.

My nut dimensions are 42mm wide, 3.5mm thick and 5mm tall. Will this work?

It say the length is 42mm or 1.65 " so that is what you want. This nut fits The import Strat's, and Tele's, like Squire.
