The product description on the advertised bottle says 450 mgm, the bottle you sent me was 450 mg what is the difference ?

I'm not the seller..but I did purchase that piece of crap. My advice to you is drink plenty of water...walk...eat fiber...drink water..lol and chalk whatever they are charging now for that scam as a learning experience. A good probiotic is also a major benefit to a healthy gut. Which in turn helps the issue...that product did zero for me. All the other things I listed did.

I believe the Max is 10 to 14 & you take on each day. It really works! If you go to their site or call, they will tell you for sure, the amount.

Does this product contain fiber ?

I do not know if it contains fiber. I do know its a complete waste of money to buy this product and it did absolutely no good.
